FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix above together.

1/4 c. butter
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. milk

Add to first mixture.

3 tbsp. strawberry preserves
1 c. candied pineapple, chopped
1 c. candied cherries, chopped
4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 lb. chopped dates

Add to second mixture. Mix well; drop on ungreased cookie sheet (teaspoon size). Bake at 350 degrees until slight brown.
