ZUCCHINI PIE 
1 stick butter
5 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. coarsely chopped onions
12 o. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
8 count pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute zucchini slices and onion in butter until tender. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Turn off heat. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Let cool slightly. Stir in 2 beaten eggs. Pour mixture into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread crescent roll dough on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
