CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup (dark)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first four ingredients for 5 minutes. Add last two ingredients. Pour on popcorn and put on cookie sheet. Place in oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
