BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli (separate into flowerettes)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions (diced)
1/2 c. raisins
6 strips bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)

DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash or more of red pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Mix dressing. Add to above ingredients; toss and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight or several hours.
