EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 Ragu with meat
1/2 box lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. cottage cheese

Brown and drain ground chuck. Add Ragu and let simmer. Boil lasagna noodles according to recipe and drain. In bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, add sauce just to cover. Cover with layer of noodles. Dab cottage cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheddar cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Cover with sauce and repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes.
