CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns (frozen)
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. (stick) butter (melted)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Let hash browns thaw 30 to 40 minutes ahead. Mix everything in a very large bowl. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and add mixture. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 people.
