BAKED GRITS 
1 c. quick grits
1 stick butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 egg whites
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Cook grits with 4 cups water. Add stick butter; cool. Add yolks and shredded cheese; beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into grits. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees 40-50 minutes.
