ITALIAN FISHERMAN'S STEW | |
8 oz. fish fillets 1 c. cubed zucchini 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 can red clam sauce Cut fish fillets into bite size chunks. Place in a saucepan with red clam sauce and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until fish turns opaque, about 5 minutes. Serve in bowls with Italian bread. |
