ITALIAN VEGETABLE STEW 
4 med. potatoes, sliced lengthwise
5-6 sm. zucchini, scrubbed but not peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 lg. green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chicken stock
1 clove garlic, minced
2 bay leaves, crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in cooker. Cook on high 2-3 hours. Yield: 4-5 servings.
