BEEF & VEGETABLE STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat, browned and drained
2 med. onions, chopped
4 - 5 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
5 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
Potatoes, if desired, cut into quarters
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 can tomatoes
Salt to taste

Mix all together and pour in a casserole. Cover and bake undisturbed for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
