GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can coconut
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened

Mix cake by directions and set aside. Generously grease and flour 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended and fluffy. Pour cake mix over coconut and pecans and spread evenly. Drop large spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over cake mix. Do not touch sides of pan with mixture.

Bake 55 minutes at 350°F. Do not overbake. Let cool 25 minutes. Turn out on board. Topping will come out.
