SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
sugar and cinnamon mixture (optional or amount needed)

Cream well butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat well. Add alternately sour cream and cake flour. Add baking powder, salt and vanilla; beat well. Place 1/2 mixture in tube pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture. Add remainder of cake mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.
