MONKEY BREAD 
1 1/4 c. nuts (optional)
1 loaf frozen dough
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

In a well greased Bundt pan place 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Cut dough into walnut size pieces. Put 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon into a plastic bag. Put dough pieces into plastic bag and shake. Place dough on top of nuts.

Mix in a saucepan 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup sugar, water, butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup nuts. Boil and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Pour evenly over dough. Let dough rise to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before turning over onto serving plate.
