POLLO LINGUINE 
4 tsp. olive oil
t oz. boned, skinned chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. drid basil
1/2 c. stewed mushrooms
4 c. cooked linguine noodles
1 1/2 c. steamed broccoli florettes
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Ground nutmeg to taste

Heat oil, saute chicken, garlic and basil together; add mushrooms and saute briefly. Stir in noodles and broccoli; heat through, add egg and stir over medium heat to creamy consistency. Add tomatoes and Parmesan, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Toss thoroughly; makes 4 servings.
