LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1 sm. onion
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 clove garlic or dried garlic to taste
3 1/2 tsp. white wine
3 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
3 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 can minced clams
1 sm. box linguine, cooked according to package directions

Heat skillet, add olive oil and onion; then garlic. Add drained mushrooms. Add drained clams (reserve clam juice). Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Strain clam juice. Add clam juice and wine to pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley for garnish. Serves 4.
