LINGUINE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. box linguine
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. broccoli
1 can black olives
2 c. provolone or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 stick butter

Boil linguine as directed on the package. Melt butter and saute onions, broccoli, mushrooms and black olives. Add to linguine. Place in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover for the first 1/2 hour.
