SAUCY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pouch Campbell's Onion Soup
1/4 c. crushed saltines
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

In large bowl thoroughly mix beef, 1/4 cup of the soup mix, saltines and egg. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer in 12x8 inch microwave-safe-baking dish.

In small bowl stir together remaining soup mix, water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar. Pour over meatballs. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Rearranging meatballs and spooning sauce over once during cooking. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Makes about 30 meatballs.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
