SAUCY PARTY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Combine 16 ounce can of whole cranberry sauce and tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Heat thoroughly. Add meatballs; cover and simmer 50 to 55 minutes or until done. Add remaining cranberry sauce; heat thoroughly. Transfer to chafing dish and keep warm. Yields: about 3 to 4 dozen meatballs.
