PARTY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pickles
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. milk
Shake & Bake seasoned coating

Mix meat with seasonings and milk; shape into 1" balls. Coat balls with Shake & Bake. Place in ungreased shallow pan. Bake only 5 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Serve with picks. NOTE: Meatballs may be prepared and then frozen. Bake frozen balls 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Check for center doneness.

Makes 3 dozen.
