SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onions, dried or fresh
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

SAUCE:

10 oz. jar grape jelly
12 oz. bottle chili sauce

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet and brown in 450 degree oven. Turn over and brown on other side. This takes about 6-8 minutes.

Combine jelly and chili sauce in heavy pan. Stir on low heat until hot. Place sauce over meatballs and put in crock pot or pan.

This is great for graduation parties and weddings. Just double, triple the recipe. Freezes well. Can be made up to 2 weeks ahead of party.
