PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. raw rice (regular)
4 lean pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 can onion soup
1/2 c. water

Place rice in a greased dish. Arrange pork chops on top of rice. Mix soup and water and pour the liquid over rice and pork chops. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Take cover off last 20 minutes to brown pork chops.
