CORN CASSEROLE 
1 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8 1/2 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1 can creamed corn (16 oz.)
1 c. sour cream
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter. Mix together muffin mix, egg, corn, salt and pepper. Add onions. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch greased baking dish.

Spoon sour cream on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of sour cream.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
