1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 can drained corn
1 can creamed corn
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 stick butter

Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Melt butter and pour over corn mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add grated cheese on the top and bake for another 30 minutes.
