HAMBURGER - POTATO BAKE 
8 - 10 med. potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 lb. ground beef
Sm. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. your choice shredded cheese

Brown ground beef, mix with 2 cans soup and 1 can water. Have potatoes sliced in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes. Salt and pepper. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees. Take out and sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts. Take out and serve hot.
