KIM'S PUMPKIN FRENCH TOAST 
This makes a great fall breakfast, and also makes your house smell great, too! :)

3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin spice
dash cinnamon
8 slices bread
maple syrup (heated)

Spray skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together first five ingredients making sure your eggs are completely beaten.

Coat bread with egg mixture. Place on griddle and cook until brown on both sides. Spray in between each new slice of bread to prevent sticking. Use as many slices of bread until your mixture is gone (I think it's around 8 slices).

Top with warm maple syrup.
