| BUNS WITH PIE FILLING | |

1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 can pie filling 1. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. 2. Cream with electric mixer sugar and butter. 3. Slowly add eggs, flour and lemon juice. 4. Spread in jelly roll pan. 5. Mark off 24 squares with knife. 6. Put 1 heaping tablespoon of pie filling on top of batter in every square. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 8. Sprinkle 10X sugar on top immediately after removing from oven. | |
