ORANGE PIE FILLING 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 egg yolks

Mix sugar, flour, salt and grated rind. Add fruit juice and cook in double boiler 10 minutes, stirring until thickened and afterward occasionally. Add butter and egg yolks beaten lightly. Cook 2 minutes and cool. Put in a crust that has been baked on outside of a tin pie plate. Cover with 8 minute meringue and bake.
