SLOPPY JO 
10 lbs. ground chuck
2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
1 (16 oz.) mustard
1 (32 oz.) Worcestershire sauce
2 bags frozen onions
1 lb. brown sugar
1 green pepper, chopped

Boil ground chuck in large saucepan in 2 to 4 quarts of water. Drain water. Mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour. Makes enough to fill two crock pots. Can cut recipe in half.
