SLOPPY JO 
15 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking fat
1/2 lb. onions, chopped
3 qt. tomato soup (condensed)
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 qt. celery, chopped fine

Combine ground beef, salt and onion and cook until brown. Add tomato soup, vinegar, lemon juice and brown sugar. Simmer until meat is tender. Add celery and continue cooking for about 30 minutes. don't overcook celery. Serve hot on sandwich buns. Serves 100 (1/2 cups).
