GREEN BEANS WITH TOMATOES 
1 qt. cooked green beans
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Saute green beans, onion, and green pepper until lightly browned. Mix flour, salt, and pepper with tomatoes. Add to green bean mixture and cook slowly for 6-8 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
