DERBY CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
6 eggs
1 lb. hot sausage, fry & drain
1 lb. mild sausage, fry & drain
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. milk
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Cut bread into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Beat eggs and milk well, pour on top. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
