VEGETABLE/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. Eckerch sausage, sliced and fried
Mixed frozen vegetables with cauliflower, etc.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. of rice, cooked
1 c. water
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Add all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Put back in oven for just enough time to melt cheese.
