BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
4 eggs
2 c. milk, divided
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Prepare the night before. Mix eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk and dry mustard. Mix the can of soup and 1/2 cup milk. Place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole in order given in the list of ingredients.

This should be layered in your pan. DO NOT MIX. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 40 minutes.
