SUET PUDDING 
1 c. chopped suet, fat from beef
1 c. sugar, white
1 c. raisins
1 c. currants
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Flour

Add flour and stir until stiff. Steam 2 1/2 hours.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. water
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook together. Old German pudding used at Christmas.
