CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT TOFFEES 
1 stick unsalted butter
1 (8 oz.) dark brown sugar
1 (3 oz.) dark chocolate
1 lg. jar macadamia nuts

In a saucepan, melt butter with the sugar over a low heat. Add the chocolate, melt and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Add the nuts and mix well. Spoon out mixture onto an oiled baking sheet and leave to cool.
