TACO CASSEROLE 
3 c. corn chips, crushed coarsely
Chopped lettuce
Diced tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 jar mild taco sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

In 8x8 inch pan, place half crushed corn chips.

Fry hamburger until brown, drain fat. Add sauce. Cook a minute or two and pour over chips in pan. Add beans. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread grated cheese. Cover with remaining corn chips. Return to oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Spread lettuce, then tomatoes on casserole dish and serve. (4 large servings)
