PAT BAILEY'S TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 3/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/4 c. chopped olives
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, cook meat in microwave on full power for 4-5 minutes. Stir halfway through. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients except chips and cheese.

Spoon meat mixture over 2 cups corn chips in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook on full power 4-5 minutes. Lightly stir halfway through. Crush remaining chips and sprinkle on casserole and then sprinkle cheese on top. Heat in microwave on 1/2 power for 1 minute or until cheese has melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
