MEATLOAF PARMESAN 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
Salt, parsley, garlic powder & oregano

Combine ground chuck, egg, onion, bread crumbs and cheese with 1/3 can tomato sauce. Add salt and parsley and small amounts of garlic powder and oregano. Mix well. Shape into round loaf. Top with remaining tomato sauce and strips of green pepper. Bake an hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
