TURKEY HAM SANDWICH WITH CELERY
SAUCE
 
Blend 1 can celery soup with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 to 4 tablespoons water, 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice. Make sandwiches of white bread, ham, and chicken or turkey (sliced). Dip sandwiches in beaten eggs (about 2 eggs) mixed with a little milk. Brown sandwiches in a frying pan in a little butter. Put browned sandwiches in oven-proof dish, pour sauce over sandwiches and place in broiler until lightly browned and bubbly.
