HAM AND TURKEY ROLL-UPS 
thin-sliced deli ham
thin-sliced deli turkey
thin-sliced Provolone cheese
baby spinach leaves, washed, dried, stems removed

Filling:

1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and salt

Mix together filling ingredients until well blended.

On waxed paper or plastic wrap, lay out 1 slice ham, layer cheese, then turkey and spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons filling over turkey. Add layer of spinach leaves and roll up tightly from longer side. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or wax paper and chill several hours or overnight. Slice into 1-inch rounds to serve.

Note: This amount of filling will do about 1 pound of meat and cheese.
