STUFFED TURKEY ROLLS
1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top corn bread stuffing
1/2 (1 tbsp.) stuffing seasoning pkg.
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. parsley
2/3 c. hot water
1 lb. turkey cutlets
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine stuffing, seasoning, 2 tablespoons butter, parsley and pecans. Stir in hot water. Cool slightly. Spread on turkey cutlets, roll and place seam side down, not touching, in greased 9x13 inch baking dish or pan.

Sprinkle with paprika, dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This can be put together early in the day or the night before it is to be baked. I serve this with a jar of turkey gravy, thinned down with white wine and an assortment of herbs. Heat and spoon a little over each turkey cutlet.

This recipe was so good I made it to my family today, they loved it! I didn't have the pecans but it tasted good without it. I also didn't purchase gravy but I did buy cranberry sauce which was a good substitute. This is my new go to meal, thank you!
