AUNT JOSIE'S SPECIAL CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken pieces
Sm. jar mustard
2 c. duck sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Salt, pepper and dill weed to taste
White wine to cover bottom of pan

Place washed chicken in roasting pan; spread mustard and duck sauce over chicken; shake garlic powder, salt, dill weed and pepper (to taste) over chicken; pour over entire pan, enough to cover bottom of pan (approximately 1 inch). Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes. Serve with rice or over pasta. (Magnifique!)

P.S. Can also be cooked on a barbeque (in an aluminum pan on medium/high for approximately 1 hour). Baste every 10 minutes as it cooks faster outside.
