BUTTERMILK CUSTARD PIE 
6 eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
3 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 frozen deep dish 9-inch pie crusts

Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Then milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
