PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix above and reserve 2/3 cup for topping. Add 3 eggs, 1 cup water and 1/4 cup shortening (liquid). Beat 2 minutes and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix 2/3 cup topping with chopped peanuts (1/4-1/2 cup). Sprinkle on cake mixture. Add 6 ounce package chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
