EASY FRUIT COBBLER 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
2 cups fresh, frozen, or canned fruit (drained)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in bottom of 2-3 quart baking dish.

In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and milk into mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour batter over melted butter. Top with 2 cups of fruit (use blueberries, blackberries, cherries, peaches, apples or strawberries).

Bake at 350°F for one hour or until top starts to become golden brown.
