NUT & HONEY DOUBLE PEANUT BUTTER
CRUNCH COOKIES
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
4 c. Nut & Honey Crunch Flakes cereal, crushed to 2 c.
1 c. peanut butter chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, Nut & Honey Crunch Flakes Cereal and peanut butter chips.

Drop by slightly rounded measuring tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2" apart. Flatten with fork.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack before storing in air tight containers. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
