PEANUT BUTTER NUT & HONEY
COOKIES
 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. Kellogg's Nut & Honey Crunch Flakes cereal, crushed to 2 c.
1 c. peanut butter chips

1. Stir together flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, cereal and peanut butter chips.

3. Drop by slightly rounded measuring tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2" apart. With fork, flatten cookies to 2 1/4" in diameter.

4. Bake in 350 degree oven about 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cook on wire rack before storing in air tight container. Yield: 3 dozen cookies. 1 cookie = 130 calories.
