KOLACHY FILLINGS: 
PRUNE: Cook prunes in a little water. Mash and sweeten with a little sugar or honey. May add a little lemon and/or cinnamon.

POPPY SEED: Grind poppy seed, moisten with corn syrup, sweeten to taste with sugar.

APRICOTS: Grind apricots, microwave a short time, add almond flavor and sugar to taste.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
