BROCCOLI, TUNA, AND SHELLS 
3 c. macaroni shells (4 oz.)
2-3 lg. stalks, broccoli
1 can tuna
2 med. to lg. tomatoes
2 tops dried basil
2/3 tsp. dried oregano
4 tbsp. chopped red onion
5 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook shells until tender. Steam broccoli. Drain both and rinse under cold water until cool. drain tuna, cut up tomatoes. Beat together oil and vinegar and beat in basil and oregano. Chop onion. Combine broccoli, tomatoes, onion, shells, and tuna. Mix in dressing gently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
