SUE'S CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. 1-minute uncooked oats
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 can cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Use half of this mixture in bottom of greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

Break up with fork 1 can cranberry sauce (whole or solid); add 1 tablespoons lemon juice. Pour over crumb crust. Use remainder of first mixture for topping. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
